Dear Students,
We would like to share you decisions we have taken on the education during 2020-2021 Academic Year Fall Semester in order to protect you and ensure the continuity of your education in safety under challenging conditions imposed by COVID-19 pandemic.
In accordance with Council of Higher Education (YÖK) decision dated 4 September 2020 on conducting courses via distance and digital teaching methods during fall semester to the extent possible, we made new amendments in our hybrid education planning. According to these amendments;
- Theoretical courses will be conducted via distance education tools.
- Applied and hands-on courses can be conducted in hybrid form after taking all health and safety measures in cases considered necessary by the academic units without requiring your physical attendance.
- Apart from the courses for which decided to make online exams, the way of conducting exams will be determined depending on the course of the pandemic and you will be further informed accordingly.
- Our campuses will be open to students with all measures taken against COVID-19. You can benefit from the campus infrastructure for your education, research and other needs if required.
We believe we will overcome this challenging period together and wish success to all students in the new academic year.
