The results for the second call of year 2019 TÜBİTAK- Directorate of Science Fellowships and Grant Programmes (BİDEB) 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program have been announced. The interdisciplinary projects “Building a Model for Prediction of Drug Side Effects using Gene Expression Data” by Melisa Tüncer and Arzu Çakır, supervised by faculty members Özlem Ulucan Açan ve Hilal Taymaz Nikerel and “Collecting Sustainable Electric Power from the Growth Process of Plants” by Genetics and Bioengineering student Ömer Yıldız and Energy Systems Engineering student Ege Salih Uras, supervised by Prof. Dr. Serkant Ali Çetin and Prof. Dr. Hatice Gülen were entitled to be supported.
