Important announcement for alumni candidates

Dear BİLGİ Undergraduate and Associate Degree Alumni Candidates,

We would like to inform you about the requirements of attendance to graduation ceremonies.

As announced on the web at the beginning of 2019-2020 Academic Year Fall and Spring Terms, students who are at the 8th term of undergraduate programs and students who are at the 4th term of associate degree programs will directly have the right to attend this year’s graduation ceremonies. 

Students who are registered at the 7th term of undergraduate programs and students who are registered at the 3rd term of associate degree programs with a possibility to graduate by completing their credits until the end of 2020 Summer School at the latest are required to make a written application via e-mail to the secretariat of their faculty or school until April 1, 2020 before the end of office hours. Students who are in this condition will be included in the graduation ceremony lists as per the decision to be taken in the faculty or school boards. Applications after the deadline April 1, 2020 will not be taken into consideration. There will not be any changes in application deadline due to 3-week suspension in education at our University as of March 16, 2020. However, you do not have to come and submit your application in person. Instead, you can submit your application to the secretariat of your faculty/school via your student e-mail without coming to the campuses.
