2020 – 2021 Academic Year Erasmus+ Study Mobility Program Placement Results

Please read all information until the end. All students are responsible for following the procedure announced below.

• We congratulate all of you! We would kindly like to remind you that listed students are only candidate students to our partner universities and the final decision will be made by the partner university. After the partner university approves your application, you will be able to participate in the Erasmus+ study mobility.

• Attached list is only a list indicating that students are placed for the Erasmus Exchange Program. The list is NOT a list indicating the students who are awarded to receive Erasmus grant. As it was mentioned before to all our students, grant allocation is not guaranteed to all students. The students who will be awarded with the Erasmus grant will be announced later on when Istanbul Bilgi University receives information by the Turkish National Agency. 
  
  
• Students who will cancel their mobility have to inform the Erasmus Office until March 6th, 2020, 17:00 by sending the Cancellation Petition via e-mail to erasmus@bilgi.edu.tr for not being nominated to the partner. Please CLICK to find the Cancellation Petition template.
  
  
• The students who are on list as substitute can only be placed if the student/s who are placed in the mentioned university cancel/s their mobility and if partner university’s nomination deadline is not over. In this case, you will be informed with a seperate e-mail.
  
  

• All students are responsible for following the application procedures of the partner universities. In case there is an information e-mail by the partner university sent to our center, this e-mail will be forwarded to the student. 
  
  

• Since the Full Year and Fall semester students’ nomination and application deadline is too close, students that are placed to those universities must immediately start their procedure. Please check the partner university’s website for application deadlines and procedures. Before application,our students must wait for a nomination e-mail from us to be sent to the partner university and to the student.
  
  

• Orientation meetings will be organized for all candidate students by the Erasmus Office, of which date and time will be announced later.* All necessary information about all procedures about your exchange period will be shared in the orientation meeting.,Attendance is COMPULSORY for all candidate students. If you do not attend this program, you will miss a lot of important information and have difficulties during your mobility.

*Students who will participate to the mobility for Full Year or Fall Semester must attend the “Fall Orientation”. For students who will participate to the mobility for Spring Semester, an additional “Spring Orientation” will be organized.
