Cooperation with Kendall College and BİLGİ Department of Business Administration
In order to promote educational excellence, academic ties and international cooperation, Kendall College LLC USA and İstanbul Bilgi University signed an Educational Cooperation Protocol aiming to enhance the educational experiences and the cultural understanding of students and faculty from both institutions. If you will be in your third or fourth year in Business Administration, Marketing or International Trade and Business Programs in next academic year and interested in studying at Kendall College for a year where you can do 10 weeks internship after taking courses for two quarters, you can apply with a petition and an attached transcript to the Faculty of Business Dean's Office before June 16th 2017.

DETAILED PROGRAM DESCRIPTION FOR BUSİNESS ADMINISTRATION
Name: 2Q+I Study Abroad Program for BİLGİ students
Type: Study Abroad Program (2 Academic Quarters+ Internship)
General description:
BİLGİ students enrolled in the third or fourth year of the Business Administration program will be provided with the opportunity to enroll some of the courses offered by Kendall College (4 per quarter) during 2 consecutive quarters. After successfully passing all the courses, students will be able to do an internship during another quarter.
The career Service of Kendall College will determine the company where the students will be doing their internship, all regulatory requirements will be satisfied and the necessary learning conditions for the students will be ensured. To pass the Internship course, students will have to perform successfully in a work environment for 10 weeks (40 hours per week).
All the courses and internship will be credit bearing and recognized within the BİLGİ degree.
If students were not interested in doing the internship, they would need to let the academic director of the Kendall program know, at least 1 month before the starting date of the internship.
Admission requirements:
• 2.20 GPA at İstanbul Bilgi University
• Standards to Kendall College
• Students must specifically meet the admission requirement of the English Language proficiency of the host institution. For this purpose, home institution must provide, in writing, documented proof of student English proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL or the Laureate Test of English) ensuring an upper intermediate level (equivalent to B2 in the Common European Framework).
• If home institution language of instruction is 100% English, and students have completed two or more years of full-time coursework, the student may be eligible to be waived from the English language requirements.
