2021-2022 & 2022-2023 Erasmus Europe Staff Mobility Call (2020 Project 1st Call) (Training)
The application period for 2021-2022 & 2022-2023 Erasmus Europe Staff Mobility will be between 2-22 June 2022. The minimum duration for an Erasmus+ Mobility for training is 2 days and the maximum duration is 5 days. This mobility period depends on the amount of the grant that will be allocated to Istanbul Bilgi University, therefore final mobility period is determined by Erasmus Office. In all cases, a training activity has to comprise a minimum of 2 consecutive days and you must be a full/part time administrative staff to apply. Staff members should contact the corresponding department of the partner institution, communicate and arrange his/her own Erasmus exchange visit. The host institution may assist you in finding on or off- campus housing and send you an invitation letter for the visa, if needed. Mobility activities cannot be carried out after the end date of the agreement signed with Erasmus Office. The project deadline is 31 May 2023.
The amount of support provided per day per country is determined by the National Agency (www.ua.gov.tr) based on instructions by the European Commission. The faculty members participating in the program may receive funding, including contributions for travel costs and subsistence during the period abroad. The subsistence grant is a contribution towards all other costs for the individual including travel within the city, accommodation, meals and snacks.

Application Process
It is not necessary to have an Erasmus Interinstitutional Agreement between BİLGİ and host instiution to realize Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility, however any higher education institutue that staff intends to visit should have signed Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE),should have ECHE. It may take the form of training events abroad (excluding conferences) and job shadowing/observation periods/training at a partner HEI, or at another relevant organisation abroad (any Programme Country public or private organisation active in the labour market or in the fields of education, training and youth).

· Applications will be done via turkiye.gov.tr and era.bilgi.edu.tr
· All documents listed below should be uploaded to both platforms before 22 June at 17:00
- Application form (signed)
- Training staff exchange - Invitation Letter (samples)
- Staff Mobility for training agreement (signed by all parties)
- Foreign Language Exam Score document (if available)

P.S: Staff that have the same points will be given priority in their total service time under the Istanbul Bilgi University.

The application period for 2021-2022 & 2022-2023 Erasmus Europe Staff Mobility will be between 2-22 June 2022. The minimum duration for an Erasmus+ Mobility for teaching is 2 days and the maximum duration is 5 days. This mobility period depends on the amount of the grant that will be allocated to Istanbul Bilgi University, therefore final mobility period is determined by International Center. In all cases, a teaching activity has to comprise a minimum of 8 hours teaching per week and you must be a full/part time faculty member to apply.Faculty members should contact the corresponding department of the partner institution, communicate and arrange his/her own Erasmus exchange visit. The host institution may assist you in finding on or off- campus housing and send you an invitation letter for the visa, if needed.
To be able to participate in this mobility program, your Department/School/Faculty/Institute must have a valid agreement with the partner institution you intend to visit. Prospective candidates are advised to consult the list of placements that has been drawn up according to the Erasmus Agreements. Mobility activities cannot be carried out after the end date of the agreement signed with Erasmus Office. The project deadline is 31 May 2023.
