Prof. Dr. Mehmet Remzi Sanver has been elected to the Academy of Europe

Vice President of BİLGİ Board of Trustees Prof. Mehmet Remzi Sanver has been elected to the Academy of Europe, one of the most prestigious science academies of the world.

The Academy of Europe, which includes leading scholars as its members, has been working to advance and propagate the excellence in scholarship for the public benefit since the day it was founded in 1988. The membership to the European Academy takes place through invitation following an election process in which the scholarship and eminence of the candidates in their chosen field are considered.

The Academy has 4500 members which includes members from the physical sciences and technology, biological sciences and medicine, mathematics, the letters and humanities, social and cognitive sciences, economics, and the law and amongst them are seventy-two Nobel Laureates.
