Cybersecurity Workshop

This event is organized in collaboration of İstanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences and Sony ASSIST.

Sony ASSIST will host a workshop series at Istanbul Bilgi University to educate the attendants about the Cyber Security Field, Careers in Infosec and inform them overall about the current cyber security threats, defense methods and the working environment of a cyber security team. This workshop will cover over 10 different topics about the Cyber Security Field. The workshop series will require an intermediate understanding of software development, computer engineering/informatics and a basic understanding of cyber security. All computer science & engineering students (3rd-4th year undergraduate and above) from all universities are invited. The attendants of these workshops will have a chance to apply for a long-term paid internship and cyber security career opportunities at Sony Istanbul Office after completing the optional assessment at the end of the workshop.
