Conference: “The Future of Fashion: Design Meets the Business World”

British Council is organizing UK- Turkey Knowledge Partnership Conference on “The Future of Fashion: Design Meets the Business World” with the cooperation of İstanbul Bilgi University Fashion Design Department. The conference will bring together the academics and professionals of fashion industry for the purpose of stimulating knowledge sharing between the two countries, founding new business partnerships and creating opportunities for fashion entrepreneurs. 

The Conference will host speakers from London College of Fashion, İstanbul Fashion Academy, Selfridger, Paul Smith and Tesco Kipa. The development of business and entrepreneurship skills in fashion education, the identification and support of young talents, brand enhancement and development in the global arena in fashion will be discussed at the sessions throughout the day.

Participation in the conference is free of charge however due to limited seating pre-registration is required on British Council web site.
