South Korea 2017 Summer School Applications

Istanbul Bilgi University offers BİLGİ students, summer school opportunities in some of South Korea’s most prestigious Universities. Students are able to participate the programs for a month.  Where students can learn Korean Language, culture, history and make new friends. Students will partake in various activities the summer school presents in each of the partner universities. 

This year BİLGİ students will be offered two summer school program options:

Tuition-free and Tuition Paid

Tuition Free Option

Hanyang University:

Dates of the program: July 3 - July 28, 2017

Currently, we only have 2 available seats for the Hanyang International Summer School 2017. Students that would want to take this option would have to apply to be nominated for the program.

Application dates: February 16th - February 24th, 2017 Application Link

Students must understand that they are only exempt from paying Tuition fees.

Students will be responsible for the housing fee.

Application Criteria:

Successful completion of the first year of their degree program
Minimum GPA of 2,5/4.00 for undergraduate students only.
Personal Statement: Why you want to participate the summer program in South Korea? study aboard? (300 words)
Language Score minimums:          

BİLET Score: 70
IELTS Score 6.0
TOEFL 80

Chungnam National University (CNU):

CNU is offering BİLGİ students a partner discount. Students who want to participate by the paying option will directly contact our partners at CNU.
