2016 - 2017 Academic Year Exchange Programs Information Sessions for Placed students

We will hold an Information Meeting, where administrative information will be given concerning your Exchange programs (documents, visa, accommodation, application to partner university, grant, Erasmus rules etc.) and the date, time and place of the program is given below. Please ignore the date, time and place above (in Turkish script) as they will be held in Turkish.

NO FURTHER INDIVIDIUAL QUESTIONS WILL BE REPLIED UNTIL THE INFORMATION MEETINGS AND WE REQUIRE YOU TO FOLLOW MASS INFORMATION E-MAILS WHICH ANSWERS ALL YOUR QUESTIONS AND ALSO COVERS ALL IN DETAIL THE NEXT STEPS THAT YOU MUST FOLLOW.

PLEASE DO NOT START APPLICATION PROCESS OF PARTNER UNIVERSITY BEFORE RECEIVING THE NOMINATION E-MAIL THAT WILL BE SENT BY INTERNATIONAL OFFICE.

We kindly remind that it is compulsory to participate in the Information Meeting, you will sign your participation on a sign-up sheet, and if there are still students who will not be participating to the program due to force majeure reasons are kindly asked to submit their proof of document to our Office.
