“Summer Talks” is organized by İstanbul Bilgi University Psychology Department and Organizational Psychology Graduate Program. 

Dr. Nurcan Ensari:
Dr. Nurcan Ensari, Professor, is a social and organizational psychologist who teaches and conducts research in the area of intergroup relations, leadership and culture. She conducts multicultural research with international collaborators from England, India, Turkey, Greece and Hong Kong. She is currently the Interim Systemwide Director of the Organizational Psychology programs at California School of Professional Psychology, and the Director of the IO Psychology Certificate Program in Turkey. 

Dr. Rodney Lowman:
Dr. Rodney Lowman a Distinguished Professor in the Organizational Psychology program at Alliant International University, a licensed psychologist, and an organizational consultant. He is a Fellow in four APA divisions, and a recipient of many prestigious awards in the profession.
