Global Business Law Summer School - At Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in cooperation with Maastricht University – Faculty of Law

The Summer School on "Global Business Law" organized by İstanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in cooperation with Maastricht University Law School will be held between the dates 27 June-8 July 2011 on İstanbul Bilgi University premises. The Summer School is open to all law students, young lawyers, academics and interested parties. The program will provide the participants with an introduction to major legal disciplines regulating contemporary global business transactions and will consist of modules on Company Law, Intellectual Property Law, Competition Law, Investment Law, Energy Law, Financial Services and Tax matters, International Sales of Goods and International Trade Law, among others.

The courses are taught in English by faculty members of both Universities' Law Schools and a certificate of attendance will be awarded provided that 85% of the classes have been attended.
