We are pleased to announce the launch of a new event series titled ‘BİLGİ UoL-LSE Honours Programmes Alumni Talks’. This series is designed to bring together BİLGİ UoL-LSE Honours Programmes alumni community, providing a platform for sharing experiences, and building connections.

Our first meeting will be a webinar, featuring Ömer Yurtsever and Yavuz Kaan Celep. Yavuz Kaan started his journey at LSE with the General Course Programme this year, and Ömer spent a year at LSE with the same program. They were both awarded prestigious John C. Phelan and ISH-LSE scholarships for their studies at LSE.

After completing the General Course Programme in 2021, Ömer earned a Master of Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management in February 2023. He now serves as an associate product manager at Micronotes.ai. Ömer will share his experiences at the LSE General Course and his master's studies at MIT, and insights on his current role in the industry.

Yavuz is currently spending the fourth year of his studies at LSE General Course and will provide valuable insights into the application process for the LSE General Course Programme.
