Joseph David is a Full Professor of Law who specializes in legal theory and the interplay between law, religion, and technology.

Acknowledging that the growth of informational technologies and AI ushers a transition away from traditional law and ethics towards a new theory of law, Joseph ardently supports and designs effective collaborations of theoretical expertise with innovative manufacturing.

Trained in philosophy and legal studies, Joseph teaches and conducts research for nearly two decades at academic institutions across the USA (Yale), UK (Oxford), and Israel, and publishes intensively in academic presses (OUP, CUP, Springer, and more) on various interfaces of law, philosophy, and recently also technology.

His current works and interests include legal theory in the Infosphere and identity, privacy, and trustworthiness in the information era.
