Program Structure
The Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program generates an exceptional education to the students who are willing to study in the field of gastronomy and food culture, which is perfectly supported with the elaborateness of the managerial dimensions of hospitality business.
Along with the curriculum, students will be introduced to regional Turkish and world cuisines. The students will also feel confident to identify and use local and imported ingredients. Along with the four years of education, the practical classes will be enhanced with the theoretical ones such as food safety and sanitation and principles of nutrition. Fully equipped industrial kitchens (main kitchen and pastry kitchen), dining room, bar and accoutered classrooms will prepare the students for their future career splendidly. The meaning of creativity and its invigoration in the field of gastronomy will underline the keystones of the program.
