İstanbul Bilgi University provides dormitory service to its students with the dormitories that are contracted, reliable and close to its campuses. The dormitories we recommend offer different room options in single, two, four and various capacities.
Republica Aparts Ortaköy
Located at the heart of Ortaköy, Republica Aparts Ortaköy is within walking distance to bus stops and provide shuttle service to various places in the city.
The facility has a fitness center, healtcare personnel, pool, study room, cafetaria, movie room, game room, shared kitchen in the rooms, and laundry room. The rooms are cleaned by the cleaning team once a week. Republica provides internet service and cafetaria provides three meals every day.
The buildings are monitored 7/24 with security staff and security cameras in order to provide security.
There are 3-2 shared rooms, 3-2 rooms offering individual use, and single rooms. All the rooms include bathroom and furniture.

Republika Aparts Maslak
Republika is within Maslak 1453 building complex. ATMs, supermarket, cafe, and various stores are within walking distance.
The facility has a fitness center, healthcare personnel, study room, movie room, game room, shared kitchen in the rooms, and a laundry room. The rooms are cleaned by the cleaning team once a week. Republika provides internet service free of charge.
The buildings are monitored 7/24 with security staff and security cameras in order to provide security.
The rooms are located within the apartments in the residence. There are single rooms and also rooms for 5, 4,3,2 people. All the apartments include bathroom, kitchen, and furniture.

Dormhouse Haliç Male Dormitory
Dormhouse Haliç Male Dormitory has a capacity of 350 beds. Built in 2024 with the latest new construction technology, the building stands out with its superior earthquake resistance. There are single, double and triple rooms. The rooms have a desk, armchair, bed base and bed, wardrobe, mini fridge, sink, wc and bathroom. Single rooms have a TV. In addition, the dormitory's fitness center, game room, study room, laundry room, luggage room, dining hall and summer garden/patio are open to students every day and hour of the week. There is a 15-car parking garage.
Students can benefit from free breakfast and dinner, quality drinking water and tea service on the floors, and can also use the common hobby kitchen in the dormitory. Rooms are cleaned twice a week by cleaning teams.
To ensure security, the dormitory building is monitored 24/7 by security guards and security cameras, and a card system is used to enter and exit the dormitory.
The dormitory is a 10-minute drive from BİLGİ santralistanbul Campus, shuttle service is provided for students, and public transportation is easily accessible from the front of the dormitory. It is also 500 meters from the metrobus stop.

Oz Ev Istanbul Girls' Dormitory
Oz Ev Istanbul Girls' Dormitory has a capacity of 50 beds. It has single, double and triple rooms. The rooms have a desk, wardrobe, mini fridge, television, washbasin and bathroom. In addition, the dormitory's fitness center, study room, cinema hall, laundry room, luggage room, dining hall and terrace are open to students every day and hour of the week.
Students can benefit from the free breakfast service and also use the common hobby kitchen in the dormitory.
In order to ensure security, the dormitory building is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by security guard and security cameras. Card and fingerprint system is applied at the entrance and exit of the dormitory.
The dormitory has uninterrupted internet, cooling and heating systems, generator, fire detection system and water tank. The dormitory building has an earthquake resistance report.
The dormitory is a 5-minute walk from santralistanbul Campus. In addition, students are provided with shuttle service, and public transportation is easily accessible from the front of the dormitory.
Room cleaning is done by cleaning teams 3 days a week.
