After receiving her undergraduate degree from Boğaziçi University, Department of Psychology, she completed her master's degree in Okan University Applied Psychology (Clinical Psychology) Program. Later, she completed the Hacettepe University Clinical Psychology Doctorate Program and received her doctorate degree. She became an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology in 2024.
She has given lectures at different universities since 2015. Since 2020, she has been working as a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Istanbul Bilgi University. She teaches courses like Adult Psychotherapy Supervision, Group Therapy, Professional Ethics. She has held different positions on the boards of directors of various non-governmental organizations. She has participated in many projects related to autism and bipolar disorders as a researcher, trainer, and group leader.
