Prof.
Serdar Karabatı
Serdar Karabatı holds an MA degree in Social Psychology and PhD degree in Management and Organization from Boğaziçi University. He is currently a Professor of Management at İstanbul Bilgi University. Dr. Karabatı has been invited to deliver seminars and short courses at various universities across Europe, including France Business School, Mykolas Romeris University, IPAG Paris, UEM, and EPHEC Brussels, on different occasions. He was also a visiting scholar at UNCG. Dr. Karabatı has published several articles in cross-cultural management and social psychology journals. He is currently involved in a large-scale study on life satisfaction in Turkey, and research projects on materialism and work engagement.
