BİLGİ Graduate Online English Exam (BİLET 3)

BİLGİ Graduate Online English Exam is held for candidates and students who do not have a language proficiency document for graduate programs that require English language proficiency document. Only candidates who have applied online for master programs and attended the interview of the applied program can take the exam. For doctoral programs, the relevant exam result is not accepted by Council of Higher Education.

Candidates and students have the right to take the exam at most three times in one year. Those who score between 60 and 70 in the exam can take the second exam immediately; those who score 59 and below can take the second exam two months later.

Candidates who have taken the exam and obtained the sufficient score specified in the application requirement are not entitled to take the exam again.

The candidates who would like to take the exam are expected to follow the following steps:

1. Candidates who do not have a language proficiency score should send an email to bilet3@bilgi.edu.tr with their Turkish ID numbers to request an appointment. The contact center will get back to them and arrange the appropriate date and time.

2. Candidates take the exam via Zoom.

3. The result of the exam is sent to the candidate via email after an average of 3 working days.

Exam Information: The exam consists of three sections: Listening, Reading, and Language Use (Grammar). A total of 50 minutes is given for three sections.

Listening:  This section consists of 20 multiple-choice questions and recommended duration is approximately 15 minutes.

Reading: This section consists of 20 multiple-choice questions and the recommended duration is approximately 20 minutes.

Language Use (Grammar): This section consists of 30 multiple-choice questions and the recommended duration is approximately 15 minutes.
