Students from outside the Program who wish to attend one or more of the courses offered in the Cultural Management Master’s Program may be accepted as special or visiting students in accordance with the İstanbul Bilgi University Graduate Education and Teaching Regulations. Such students are entitled to a certificate of attendance and success in the course(s) they complete.
