Continuous Professional Development Activities (CPDs)
Definition: These activities are tools that all teachers can utilize for their professional development. At the beginning of each academic year, all teachers select their CPD options using an online survey.
Objectives: The objectives of continuous professional development activities are to help teachers:
- Enhance their teaching skills in their profession,
- Contribute to the field of English language teaching through workshops, research, video/peer observations, academic studies, etc.
- Reflect on their teaching techniques,
- Gain awareness of their colleagues’ teaching practices,
- Share their experiences and areas of expertise with fellow educators.
