Our Mission

The main aim of the İstanbul Bilgi University English Preparatory Program is to deliver quality English language education to students who are non-native speakers of English; and further, to equip them with the English language skills they will need to express themselves competently in the context of English medium instruction within their departments. The program also aims to provide its faculty with a humanistic work environment that encourages continuous professional development, utilize an evidence-based approach to improve all aspects of the program and thus, create and share best practices in the field of English language teaching.
